- Conception, development and testing of firmware for projects in various sectors of the industry (e.g. automotive, medical, power electronics, etc.) for ARM and RISC-V based platforms.
- Conception and development of a microcontroller platform based on a RISC-V CPU in close cooperation with the Hardware Design Team.
- Development of firmware needed for ASIC validation in lab environments.
- Provide support for the validation engineers with the bring-up of lab setups that require firmware.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field e.g. Embedded Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, etc.
- Good knowledge of C/C++ and Python.
- Good knowledge of Git (SVN is a plus).
- Experience in using Linux.
- Ideally you bring experience with any kind of RTOS.
- Experience in FPGA Design and/or Compiler Engineering is a plus.
- You are solution oriented and bring creativity when it comes to solving problems.
- Good verbal and written English skills, German a plus.
