Troubleshoot common issues (password resets, software installation, network connectivity)
Support hardware inventory, software licensing, printers, and mobile devices
Handle and triage service desk tickets (Jira)
Coordinate and forward tickets to external partners
Review and manage the ticket dashboard
Support Azure / M365 topics (logins, basic configuration of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams; simple VM tasks)
Support facility-related IT-Installations
Coordinate daily activities with helpdesk colleagues in China and Korea
User Assistance
Support users on?desk, by phone, email and chat
Help employees in using M365 Tools and Applications
Introduce the IT organization and processes to new employees during welcome meetings
Documentation & Coordination
Log and track incidents in Jira
Collaborate with global IT specialists and closely with the Swiss IT team
Document findings and recurring issues in Confluence to improve ticket resolution
Work Conditions
Hybrid work model: possibility of home office (depending on operational needs)
Requirements
Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
Strong troubleshooting skills for standard hardware/software issues
Experience with remote support tools
Basic understanding of Azure & Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Good knowledge of M365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
Able to handle multiple requests and remain service?oriented under pressure
Languages: German (fluent), English (good written & spoken)
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
Enjoy written and spoken communication with users
