Job description

On behalf of our client, a well-established international organisation with Swiss headquarters and a complex European HR landscape in the manufacturing industry, we are exclusively mandated to look for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. In this role, you will assume functional ownership of the SuccessFactors platform and actively contribute to the ongoing development of HR processes and systems., * Functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors within a European environment. Proficiency with SAP HCM is a plus

  • Primary point of contact for HR stakeholders and key users
  • Analysis and optimisation of HR processes in close collaboration with the business
  • Configuration, testing and documentation of SuccessFactors solutions, with focus on Employee Central
  • Hands-on responsibility for additional SuccessFactors modules, particularly Recruiting, LMS, PMGM
  • Support and coordination of system integrations via SAP CPI with SAP ECC, Concur and other related downstream systems
  • Management of incidents, changes and release activities
  • Collaboration with external service providers and AMS partners
  • Contribution to HR transformation initiatives and system rollouts
  • Enablement and training of HR users

Requirements

  • Extensive functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and proficiency with at least 2 more modules
  • Sound knowledge of SAP ECC Personnel Administration and Time Management
  • Experience with role-based permissions, business rules and system configuration
  • Understanding of SAP CPI and HR system integrations
  • Familiarity with European HR processes, payroll and compliance requirements
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident communicator in an international setting
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage but not a must
