IT Project Engineer for Technical System Design & Integration

Tasks

• Design and manage ICT systems for operational efficiency.
• Implement project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Deploy cybersecurity technologies and maintain documentation., Mission & Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Technical System Design & Integration: design, transition, and manage ICT systems, focusing on problem resolution and operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Set up project charters, implement milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Cybersecurity Implementation: Deploy and manage cybersecurity technologies (secure design leveraging firewalls, reverse proxies, VPNs, automated controls).
• Scripting & Automation: Utilize PowerShell and Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain ICT system operation manuals for the service desk.
• Networking & Configuration: Configure and manage L2/L3 networking, VRRP, and related protocols.
• Authentication & Encryption: Understand and implement traditional/modern authentication, authorization, and encryption (IdP, PKI).
• Virtualization & Storage: Manage enterprise-level virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
• Problem Management & Support: Provide technical support to the service desk and participate in security patching.
• IT Service Management: Use the Group IT SM tool for daily operations and be available for emergency support.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose solutions to enhance IT operations, technical architecture, and end-user experience., * Collaborative Culture: Open, immersive environment with exposure to diverse ICT technologies.

• Experience in Microsoft and Linux environments is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for user satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ITIL or NIST standards is a plus., * Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); French, German, or Turkish is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in Microsoft and Linux environments. Hands-on approach to understanding systems (not just "where to click").
• Cybersecurity Focus: Passion for designing secure, operable ICT systems.
• Frameworks & Standards: Familiarity with ISO27K, NIST CSF 2.0, or ITIL is an asset.
• Containerization: Experience with enterprise containerization technologies is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong social and communication skills. Commitment to improving end-user experience and satisfaction.
