Data Operations Specialist

In this position, you ensure that our customer and supplier platforms are maintained, particularly in relation to sustainability topics. This includes structuring, validating and securely providing geodata in our Osapiens platform. You will work in an international environment at the interface between data, logistics and sustainability requirements - operationally, precisely and with a strong focus on quality. Your Responsibilities

• Capture, process and maintain geodata from various customers within the Osapiens platform (including data validation, formatting and plausibility checks)
• Ensure high data quality and structured documentation of inquiries and clarifications
• Coordinate operational processes related to data collection, validation and approvals
• Support reporting and preparation of internal status overviews
• Actively contribute to the optimization and further development of workflows, interfaces and processes
• Work closely with Logistics, Sustainability and other internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding/logistics, office management) or comparable qualification
• Very careful, structured and precise working style - particularly in handling data
• Confident use of Excel and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of structured data processes and digital systems
• Interest in sustainability topics and regulatory requirements
• Advantageous (but not required): experience with geodata, Osapiens, ESG tools or similar data platforms
