Job description
- Join a business-oriented delivery team and partner with engineers, QA, UX designers, and stakeholders to build the Deals Portal UI, covering the end-to-end lifecycle of deals in TF&L.
- Contribute to the Core UI Platform by improving the UI kit and design system used across the bank, focusing on reusable, well-documented components and patterns.
- Own and continuously improve UI quality: performance, accessibility, visual consistency.
- Drive engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, and maintainable architecture.
Requirements
- Several years of frontend engineering experience building production UIs with React (full-stack experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the web platform: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, and Browser APIs.
- Solid understanding of client-server communication: HTTP, WebSockets, and networking/connectivity considerations.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including understanding of performance and complexity tradeoffs.
