Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Responsible for ensuring that O365/Power Platform applications support the business lines' strategy and goals
- Responsible for delivering and maintaining an integrated O365/Power Platform service portfolio that supports productivity, automation, collaboration, and secure information management across the organization.
- O365 Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders regarding M365 usage improvements and Power Platform demand. Coordinate efficiently with IS teams and external providers to ensure effective delivery and quality of service.
- Network / Infrastructure Support (basic, site-level): Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordination for common site IT topics (connectivity, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi/LAN symptoms, device/user access issues), escalating to the right infrastructure teams/providers.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * 5+ years of relevant experience in end-user support and digital workplace solutions.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365 from a user-services perspective (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Outlook).
- High experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and strong Power BI capability (data modeling, DAX basics, KPI definition, dashboard delivery).
- Working understanding of M365 back-end concepts to collaborate effectively with tenant admins (identity/access, licensing, permissions, governance/security fundamentals), without being the administrator.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken).
- Ability to drive topics to closure, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requests in parallel.
