Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fintech, digital product, or SaaS environment.

• Analytics Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis will be a plus.
• Data Storytelling: Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Google Analytics: Intermediate-Advanced
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset, focused on solving complex problems using data.
• A/B Testing: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and the performance of their functions.
