Job description

We're looking for a business-oriented Data Analyst to act as the bridge between the Data & AI department and the Executive Committee. This role owns the end-to-end cycle from gathering executive requirements to translating them into analytical deliverables, building trusted dashboards and reports, and ensuring data initiatives directly support business goals and KPIs. Success means turning data into decisions-and doing so with clarity, speed, and measurable impact., * Serve as the business voice inside the Data & AI team. You're going to be part of the Data & AI team, but you'll be fully business oriented, saving the knowledge gap.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, helping to Integrate this methodology in the business processes.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and elaborate the agile board.
  • Contribute on data extraction. Create and maintain ETL pipelines.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to delivery with quality and stability.
  • Train business users on interpretation of dashboards, metric definitions, and self-service analytics.
  • Analyse, propose and product valuable reporting solutions based on internal customer requirements and business needs.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
  • Detect opportunities for the implementation of AI scenarios.

  • Data Platform: Azure Fabric.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems.

  • Proficient in problem-solving, and able to navigate complex data environments with autonomy.
  • Collaborative and communicative, capable of working with cross-functional teams and conveying technical insights clearly.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in dynamic settings.
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar visual reporting tools.
  • Agile mindset: collaborative, iterative, focused on delivering incremental value.
  • Communication & storytelling: ability to simplify complex analyses for executives.
  • Ownership and a proactive approach to delivering business outcomes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken., * Bachelor's in business administration with Computer Engineering.
  • Master's in business Analytics.
  • Master´s in Big Data and Analytics

Required experience:

  • At least 12 months of hands-on experience working on Big Data Environments.
  • At least 12 months of hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric for scalable data and analytics solutions.
  • Awareness of data governance, data quality, and security considerations in enterprise settings.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools like Copilot or similar.
