AI Engineer

You will contribute directly to the design, development, and deployment of advanced data and AI systems in cloud-based environments.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Architecting and implementing end-to-end data and machine learning solutions
• Deploying, monitoring, and optimizing models on cloud platforms
• Translating business requirements into structured technical solutions
• Ensuring solutions are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with best practices
• Evaluating and applying emerging technologies within AI and GenAI

For more senior candidates, the role also includes:

• Defining technical direction and architectural standards
• Acting as a primary technical contact for clients
• Leading workstreams and mentoring team members
• Contributing to the evolution of our Data & AI capabilities and service offerings

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or AI/ML, delivering production-ready solutions
• Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle - from experimentation to deployment and monitoring
• Experience with generative AI
• For senior profiles: experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring others, You have experience working within modern data and AI ecosystems, including:
• Programming: Python and SQL, Typescript is a plus
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure ML, Data Factory) or other cloud plattforms
• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
• Machine Learning: Classical ML techniques and generative AI applications
• GenAI Tooling: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• MLOps: CI/CD, model lifecycle management, orchestration tools, version control
• Data Engineering: ETL processes and large-scale data processing, * Analytical and structured in your problem-solving approach
• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments
• Able to communicate complex technical topics in business-relevant terms
