Incredible Web Developer (Front-End)

Build new front-end websites, primarily in WordPress, from approved designs

• Implement custom themes, templates, and page layouts
• Translate designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and WordPress-related issues across existing websites
• Diagnose plugin conflicts, layout issues, performance problems, and broken functionality
• Support Webflow projects and occasional custom-coded builds
• Work with PHP and JavaScript to extend or repair functionality
• Optimize front-end performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to ensure sites follow best practices
• Manage ongoing site updates, improvements, and fixes across multiple clients

English fluency required

• Minimum 3 years of front-end web development experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Solid working knowledge of PHP, particularly in WordPress environments
• WordPress experience is required (themes, templates, customizations)
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Working knowledge of MySQL and foundational SQL commands
• Strong diagnostic, debugging, and problem-solving skills

We offer a full-time role with a focus on a 32-hour work week and a salary range of €50,000 - €72,000, based on experience.
