Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zoho Corporation, your role would involve designing, implementing, and maintaining Network/Server solutions, as well as, provide operational 24/7 support to our Network Operations Center. Key responsibility will be monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting the day to day activities of servers and network equipment, as well as, ad hoc project work. The technician will be working closely with the Data Center Manager on projects scheduling.

• 3+ years of NOC or network operations experience (including internships or academic projects).
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and IP networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of L2 switching, L3 routing, VLAN, NAT, ARP.
• Familiarity with Linux OS and cloud basics (virtualization, load balancers).
• Interest in working with firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools.
• Exposure to server hardware components (CPU, RAM, NICs, drives).
• Willingness to monitor systems and assist with RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
