Job description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clear, well-defined requirements that enable the engineering team to execute efficiently. You will work closely with R&D to bridge the gap between product vision and development, ensuring sprint readiness and alignment with business objectives. This role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to remove roadblocks, refine priorities, and drive a structured approach to product execution, preventing delays and ensuring timely delivery of impactful features., * Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows that enable the engineering team to execute them efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product-market fit and enhance user experience.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Partner with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the customer's advocate internally, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation, adoption, growth, and renewals.
- Influence and contribute to PerfectScale's integration within DoiT's ecosystem.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, * 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem is a plus.
