A fantastic new opportunity for a Framework Manager with a Project Management background to lead a portfolio of engineering projects across the central region. You'll lead a talented team of project delivery specialist, ensuring programme, designs and commercials are managed across the portfolio in the region, to ensure our continued success and future growth.

The Role:
- Tendering, management, and delivery of secured works and growth of our Capital Frameworks within the Water Industry in the Midlands.
- Work with the Project, Commercial, Design, Programme, Engineering, & Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineers and Project Managers within your team
- Becoming the established first point of contact for our clients.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients' Senior Managers.
- Delivering a first-class service to clients and implementing actions through the team to excel in KPIs or other client metrics.
- Responsible for P&L, forecast, resourcing, KPI reporting and programme management
- Training and career development opportunities
- Management reporting and leading client framework / contract meetings
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unity?, * To be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project and P6.
- A proven track record in Project/Frameworks Management
- To hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts
- To have management experience and ideally a technical understanding of construction in the Water Industry
