SummarySenior SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) Consultant6 months contract/Fully remote/Hybrid/London/Rate Inside IR 35Rate -450-460 PAYEEssential Job FunctionsGathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows.Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.Understands processes, reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) functionality. acting as the Subject Matter Expert.Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate.Experience supporting SAP Procurement / Warehouse

Requirements

Management (WM/eWM) functions, that also includes the communication and interaction with technical teams and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.Provides end user training and supports junior team members on learning journeys and up-skilling.Basic Qualifications5+ years of SAP Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experienceAdditional experience of SAP modules aligned to SAP eWM/ WMExperience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceOther Desired SkillsCommunication and analysis skills to listen to client and articulate back for feedback and solutions.Experienced in writing and executing relevant test scenarios.Verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving skills to identify, take ownership, analyse and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment.Presentation skills to present to management and customers.Personal computer and business solutions software skillsAbility to publicly represent company with internal and external clients.Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with business problems.Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities.Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.Training and mentorship experience is desirable.Work From Home, with a requirement to attend client meetings on an adhoc basis.May occasionally be required to work evenings / weekends / bank holidays.ClearanceUK Nationals only (dual nationality not accepted).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConsultingIndustriesSoftware Development and Aviation and Aerospace
