Principal Software Engineer (Systems Architecture & Scalability)

• Decouple for Speed: You will lean into the architecture and APIs that currently couple our teams, getting hands-on to decouple them so our squads can ship independently.
• Establish Enduring Patterns: You won't just fix bugs; you will create the architectural patterns that endure over the next two years of growth.
• Navigate the Big Rocks: You identify the massive technical hurdles that block multiple projects and solve them by doing, not just documenting.
• Technical Standards: You will uphold and establish engineering standards across the organization, ensuring software is built correctly from the start.
