Job description
- Leading project coordination for the introduction and rollout of our KISIM Mobile App in Swiss hospitals.
- Primary contact person for collecting and analyzing the needs of our customers and targeted consulting on mapping and optimizing clinical processes on mobile devices.
- Ensuring documentation of requirements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translating customer requirements into clear, understandable, and actionable specifications for the development team.
- Participating in testing new features and customer-specific configurations in the app.
- Conducting training, introductions, and professional workshops for nursing, medical staff, and therapies to ensure acceptance and safety in handling the app.
Requirements
- Experience in software project coordination, preferably in rollouts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Fluent in German, with good French skills preferred., * Experience in independently coordinating software projects, ideally in the context of software rollouts or app releases.
- Academic degree ideally focused on health or a solid education in the medical field forms your basis.
- Affinity for IT systems and interest in digital processes in healthcare.
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and SaFe processes as well as planning and management tools for agile product management (e.g., Jira) is desirable.
- Experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or product presentations is an advantage.
- Enjoy interacting with users and organizing professional events.
- Team-oriented, structured, and communicative working style for efficient project execution.
- You act skillfully in negotiation situations and find compromises without losing sight of project goals.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are a plus.
