If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy solving complex incidents, and want to shape how data operations are run at scale, this is your opportunity., Reporting into the Global Data & Analytics Lead, the Data Support Lead is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for the stability, responsiveness, and governance of production data environments across Snowflake, Power BI, and SAP (Datasphere & SAC). With a strong background in data operations and incident management, the role ensures production reliability, structured triage processes, and continuous improvement of support workflows. The position combines strong technical understanding, operational leadership, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset., Own and lead the end-to-end incident management process (detection, triage, resolution, post-mortem).

Act as the primary gatekeeper for operational requests, protecting engineering and analytics teams from reactive disruption.

Define and monitor SLAs, resolution times, and service quality KPIs.

Establish structured support tiers (L1-L3) and clear escalation pathways.

Coordinate with Platform, Engineering, Analytics, and Governance leads to resolve root causes and prevent recurrence.

Drive operational visibility through dashboards and reporting of support metrics.

Build and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repositories.

Identify systemic weaknesses and propose structural improvements to reduce recurring incidents.

Serve as the operational interface between Data & Analytics and business stakeholders during production issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Master's degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field., Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing companies desirable.

5+ years of professional experience working in data operations, IT support, or data platform environments.

At least 3+ years background in incident management, data platform operations, or technical support leadership.

From 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP Datasphere, Power BI, SQL Server).

Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Pragmatic, focused on business value and operational stability.

Solid understanding of data pipelines, BI tools, and enterprise data platforms.

Experience with structured incident management processes (ITIL, SRE practices, or similar frameworks).

Good communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Determination and proactivity, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to move from reactive resolution to proactive prevention.

High level of curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
