ICT Project Manager

As an ICT Project Manager, you will work closely with international colleagues from different areas of the company to successfully implement the defined goals of a wide range of ICT projects. Your work will focus on IT infrastructure projects - from planning and implementation to the optimization of existing systems. You will coordinate and manage both internal teams and our experienced outsourcing partners to ensure smooth and efficient implementation. In addition, you will also be involved in projects related to topics such as IT security or identity management., + Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects - from analysis and concept development to a successful go-live

• Acting as the interface between departments, IT teams, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflows
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, considering time, cost, and quality objectives
• Supporting the further development of IT infrastructure and the introduction of new tools and systems
• Actively contributing to forward-looking digitalization initiatives within the company

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) with a focus on information technology or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT project management or interest in gaining experience in this field
• Knowledge of common IT system landscapes and, if applicable, expertise in areas such as networking, virtualization, security, etc.
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality with good German and English language skills, as well as willingness to travel (~10%)
