Job description
- Develop embedded software for radar and telemetry systems
- Create, customize, and optimize Yocto layers, recipes, and images for target hardware
- Integrate Board Support Packages (BSPs), device drivers, and middleware into the Linux stack
- Maintain and continuously improve existing industrial radar and telemetry products

While no candidate meets every requirement, the following skills and experience will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in C and Python programming
- Strong experience with Yocto and embedded Linux
- Hands-on experience with embedded platforms (e.g., i.MX8, Xilinx Zynq, NVIDIA)
- Solid understanding of hardware-software interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex embedded systems
- Experience using build systems, CI/CD tools, and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)
- Business-fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
