Cloud Engineer GCP

You will improve cloud usage, support use cases in the cloud and create added value for all stakeholders. Furthermore we provide the foundation for a successful AI and cloud strategy for the company with our platforms and services., * You will be responsible for the operation of the Google Cloud platforms (GCP) and the associated services and ensure continuous availability

• In addition, you will act as a technical advisor for developers and cloud users, guiding them in the optimal use of the cloud platform
• You will support our teams in the design, planning and implementation of cloud solutions and services according to the requirements of our internal bank customers
• You will work together with our cloud and security engineers in the development of cloud-native applications and contribute to the development and implementation of technical concepts and the establishment of security practices for future cloud-based use cases
• With your agile mindset, you will contribute to the team and beyond, from ideas and requirements, through conception and development to deployment

• Education as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience or a degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience with public cloud platforms (primarily GCP, Azure, AWS) is required
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code
• Experience and understanding of AI methods and concepts
• Experience with modern CI/CD solutions (e.g. GitLab CI)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Powershell)
• Conceptual and analytical approach and good coordination and organizational skills
• Fluency in German and English
