(Senior) UX/UI Designer

Are you ready to join a diverse team to create state-of-the-art user experiences and interfaces from idea to high-fidelity prototype? In this role, you will become a crucial part of Henkel dx and help the organization to uplevel on UX for brands, IoT and internal tools. You will work closely together with business stakeholders and IT experts to steer UX design from conception to implementation by connecting both the digital and business world.

What you´ll do

• Prototype new ideas for early testing, and create wireframes for user testing
• Create, manage, and share the user experience vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the design process
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure a holistic view of the user experience which includes legal, data privacy, and compliance consideration
• Advocate for UX within Henkel

Do you have experience in UI design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; design certificates desirable
• Proven expertise in creating user-centered designs from ideation to implementation
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI-enabled design tools and methodologies
• Excellent English language skills; German language skill is a plus
