7+ years in Java/Kotlin development, with knowledge about Spring Boot, and event-driven architecture with tools such as Kafka. Strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues). Proven experience in drafting and refining user stories and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Understanding of Rest api architecture principles Experience with microservice based architecture. Familiar with observability best practices and hands-on experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting. knowledge of PostgreSql, MongoDb, or similar knowledge and understanding of writing unit/integration tests using frameworks like JUnit, Mockk, Mockito, etc. Nice to have requirements: Experience working with high-volume, business-critical systems that must remain resilient under heavy load. Familiarity with designing-for-failure patterns (idempotency, retries, fallbacks, circuit breakers) to ensure reliability when issues have real-world impact.
