Job description
You will focus on quality interactions, aiming to enhance every experience for all, regardless of if they are new customer or part of our loyal customer base. The role will focus on delivering a great service to both our internal and external stakeholders., Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and SAP Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
Requirements
Able to commute to Stockport 5x per week. Good telephone manner. Dutch speaking (Fluency)
