Job description
As a Lead Solution Architect (f/m/x) for our Digital Client Channels tribe you will be the driver of innovation and creation for our new Online and Mobile Banking in aspects of design and technology., * Shape the end-to-end solution architecture for online and mobile banking, including designing secure and scalable Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) and service APIs that power our digital channels.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional squads to translate business goals into robust architecture roadmaps and actionable designs with clear non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank security, identity, data, payments, compliance, and enterprise architecture to ensure alignment, design governance, and architectural consistency.
- Elevate engineering standards across web, mobile, BFF, and backend services by guiding cloud-native patterns, reliability engineering practices, threat modeling, observability, and secure SDLC principles.
- Design architectures that scale across multiple brands and international markets, supporting localization, feature-flagged rollout, regulatory requirements, accessibility, and platform reuse.
Requirements
- University degree in a technological or scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent hands-on professional experience in complex software environments.
- Proven experience designing modern architectures for digital channels, including APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and cloud-native platforms.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals such as security, resilience, observability, performance optimization, and cost-efficient system design.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1-C2 level, enabling effective work in an international, distributed team., A positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life - both professionally and privately.
