Job description
As a Business Applications Project Manager at Stormshield, you will lead application projects end-to-end: needs analysis, scoping, delivery coordination, testing (UAT), deployment, and user adoption.
You will work on a mixed scope:
- Internally developed applications (e.g. Customer Extranet),
- SaaS solutions (e.g. Salesforce).
You will work daily with a team of around 10 people, interfacing with business teams, IT, developers, and, when needed, external partners., You will work closely with both business and technical teams. Your main responsibilities include:
- Qualifying and scoping requests (including those raised by Key Users);
- Leading requirements gathering and clarification workshops;
- Formalizing key elements: scope, priorities, roadmap, risks, acceptance criteria;
- Coordinating delivery (internal teams and/or vendors) and managing dependencies;
- Organizing and leading UAT / acceptance testing, tracking issues through validation;
- Supporting go-live: communication, documentation, change management;
- Providing clear reporting: status, alerts, blockers, decisions.
Examples of topics/projects:
- Implementation of new workflows in Salesforce;
- Development of new features in the Customer Extranet;
- Qualification and prioritization of change requests from Key Users.
️ Which environnements?
- Tools: Salesforce, Jira / Confluence, ClickUp (and related tools depending on projects);
- Bonus skills: API/SQL basics, Salesforce experience (processes, workflows, data), ITIL awareness., You will join a Digital / Business Applications team, working daily with project managers, support, development teams, infrastructure, and partners (software vendors, service providers). The role is designed to be structuring, giving visibility over operations and technical priorities., 1. - A phone interview with Augustin, accompanied by the Aurelin (Lead Project Manager), to give you a more detailed explanation of the team's workflow and the vision for the role.
- Interview with the team (Virginie, Aurélien, Allan) to discuss real Run/MCO cases and technical projects

Requirements
- Ability to structure business needs: objectives, scope, priorities, impacts, acceptance criteria;
- Strong facilitation skills: workshops, progress meetings, arbitrations, steering committees;
- Strong delivery governance: actions, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions;
- High-quality written communication: reports, documentation, summaries;
- Understanding of a delivery lifecycle: need * build/config * testing * production release.
