Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you are a key architect of our platform's evolution. You don't just ship code; you build the engine that enables thousands of brands to tell their stories. You will balance the rapid delivery of high-impact features with the long-term health of our codebase, ensuring Foleon remains the most intuitive and powerful platform in the market.

Your Focus

• Architect & Build: Lead the development of sophisticated new features from complex resource-based access control, high performance database schemas to UI components.
• Quality & Stability: Maintain our high-traffic live products, ensuring they are bug-free, scalable, and performant.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor mid-level and junior developers. You're the "go-to" person for complex technical hurdles.
• Continuous Evolution: Keep us ahead of the curve. Whether it's exploring new AI integrations or optimizing our CI/CD, you stay curious.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design to bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's best for the user."
• Clean Code Evangelist: Write and advocate for future-proof, well-documented, and testable code., * A Natural Leader: You communicate with clarity and empathy, whether you're explaining a technical trade-off to a stakeholder or giving feedback to a peer.

• 7+ years in software engineering with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and NodeJS. Skilled in building scalable APIs, managing complex data structures, and working with hybrid SQL/NoSQL and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience in agile, cross-functional teams, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and modern workflows to optimize development processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
