Web Developer

You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and clients to maintain existing websites, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements., * Answer all calls and direct to the most appropriate member of the team.

• To follow systems and procedures to maintain standards relating to services.
• To develop good relationships and liaise with customers, suppliers and staff.
• Prioritise work appropriately and manage the workflow of multiple projects.
• Provide day-to-day support for existing websites and websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, broken functionality, and performance issues
• Implement feature updates and content changes
• Monitor website uptime, performance, and security
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (updates, backups, patches, plugin management)
• Assist with testing across browsers and devices
• Support deployment processes
• Respond to internal tickets and support requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with senior developers on larger improvement projects
• Produce quality, standards-compliant code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SOL (MySQL)
• Produce HTML and CSS that meet design guidelines as set by the design Department.
• To take all necessary steps to maintain the required standards of accessibility, usability and search engine optimisation.
• To coordinate tasks when required.
