Full-Stack Engineer (.NET/React)

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and launch a brand-new web application within our Fixed Income ETF business. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys working across the stack, and is confident delivering production-grade systems end-to-end. You'll work with modern .NET on the back end, React on the front end, and take responsibility for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core (6+).
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable C# code, including data access using EF Core or Dapper.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms (eg, Azure AD).
• Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React (18+) and TypeScript.
• Define, implement, and maintain CI pipelines, including authoring build scripts.
• Set up and manage CD pipelines for staging and production environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the project.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with C#/.NET and React, with the ability to work confidently across both Front End and Back End codebases.
• Experience working on production-grade applications and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with server setup, deployment processes, and cloud-based environments.
• Python experience is a plus, but not required.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited to greenfield development.

Experience & Education

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Minimum 2 years working on production applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience setting up build pipelines and deploying applications.
