Job description

  • Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades, and patching.
  • Manage database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and support migration projects from on-premise to Azure Cloud.
  • Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
  • Ensure database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.

Requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure. The role involves managing, optimizing, and migrating databases from on-premise environments to Azure Cloud., * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Database, Azure VM, Azure Managed Instance).
  • Proven experience in on-prem to Azure migration projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Azure certifications (eg, Azure Database Administrator Associate).
  • Experience in financial services or capital markets environment.
