Graduate Design Engineer

You will support the full machine design process, including:

• Assisting with conceptual machine design
• 3D modelling and detailing (SolidWorks or similar)
• Producing accurate manufacturing drawings
• Compiling drawing packs for production
• Assisting with risk assessments (PUWER, CE/UKCA documentation)
• Creating technical files and machine manuals
• Supporting project documentation and revision control
• Liaising with the workshop and suppliers

You'll see projects from concept to installation.

Do you have experience in System design?, * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or similar

• Strong 3D CAD skills
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles
• Organised and detail-focused
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills

Desirable:

• Placement year or industry experience
• Understanding of automation or robotics
• Basic knowledge of machinery safety standards
