Full Stack Web Developer

• Entwicklung des MVP als Web-Plattform: Frontend, Backend, Datenbank (End-to-End Verantwortung).
• Umsetzung moderner Web-Stacks (z. B. React / Next.js / Vue / Angular + TypeScript) und serverseitiger APIs (z. B. Node.js).
• Datenmodellierung & API-Design (REST/GraphQL), Integration externer Services.
• Suche & Performance: Implementierung einer skalierbaren Suche (z. B. Elasticsearch, Algolia, Typesense oder Solr - je nach MVP-Anforderung).
• Deployment & Betrieb: Grundlegende DevOps-Themen wie CI/CD, Cloud-Deployment, Monitoring/Logging (z. B. GitHub Actions, Docker, Vercel/Azure/AWS).
• Security & Datenschutz: Umsetzung von Baselines (Rollen/Rechte, Zugriff, Logging, Datenminimierung) und Zusammenarbeit mit uns bei DSGVO-sauberen Prozessen.
• Optional (nice-to-have): Mitarbeit an KI-Funktionen (LLM-Integration für Informations-/Assistenten-Flows; RAG/Tool-Calling je nach Scope)., * Schlüsselrolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum - du baust die technische Basis von Anfang an mit auf.
• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam, kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen.
• Perspektive, die Rolle zur Lead-/CTO-Position auszubauen (bei passender Zusammenarbeit).
• Beteiligungsmodell möglich (z. B. VSOP/Equity) - abhängig von Beitrag, Commitment und MVP-Erfolg.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Full-Stack Web Development (Frontend + Backend) und du kannst Dinge live bringen.
• Solide Kenntnisse in JavaScript/TypeScript sowie mindestens einem modernen Frontend-Framework (React/Vue/Angular).
• Erfahrung mit APIs und Datenbanken (SQL und/oder NoSQL), sauberes Datenmodell & Migrations-Denken.
• Basis-Know-how in Deployment/CI/CD (du musst kein "DevOps Engineer" sein, aber deployen und betreiben gehört für dich dazu).
• Pragmatismus, Ownership und Lust, in einem Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
