Expert, Automation Engineer Infrastructure Security (AI & RPA)

• Design, build, and operate automation workflows for Network and Infrastructure Security operations

• Develop ServiceNow-integrated automations to increase automated ticket handling

• Build workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio

• Build and maintain API-driven integrations with enterprise security platforms, including: -Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama -AlgoSec -Infoblox DNS

• Develop automation logic using Python and Ansible

• Ensure automations are secure, auditable, and resilient

• Produce concise documentation and operational runbooks

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (preferred)

• Certifications such as UiPath, or Power Platform certifications are a plus.

• 5+ years experience in Network Security, Infrastructure Security, or Security Operations

• Strong hands-on knowledge of networking and firewalls, with a focus on Palo Alto

• Experience working with firewall CLI commands, policies, and configurations

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow-based security workflows

• Proven experience building API integrations in enterprise environments

• Hands-on experience with: UiPath , Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python,Ansible

• Experience integrating with security platforms such as Palo Alto, AlgoSec, Infoblox, ServiceNow at scale.

• Understanding of MCP servers, AI agents, or LLM-based workflows
• Using AI for decision support, validation, or enrichment in security processes
