Solution Architect for SAP Concur

• Own the end-to-end SAP Concur solution architecture within Liebherr's global template, ensuring scalability, compliance and harmonization.
• Design and govern global template solutions across SAP Concur modules such as: Travel & Expense management, Invoice management, Travel request and approval workflows, Credit card integration and Policy and compliance configuration.
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements from multiple countries and divisions into standardized SAP Concur solutions minimizing custom development, driving process harmonization and simplification.
• Lead and facilitate global design workshops with Finance, HR, Service and Travel Management stakeholders.
• Design and govern the integration of SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA (AP, cost allocations, posting), HR systems, Microsoft Dynamics Field Services, Corporate card providers, Travel agencies and booking tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization.
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Concur or Travel & Expense solutions, including global implementations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead consultant in international SAP Concur or enterprise Travel & Expense implementations.
• Strong understanding of travel, expense, and invoice management processes in multinational organizations.
• Deep expertise in SAP Concur capabilities, including Expense and travel configuration, Invoice management, Policy and compliance set-up, Integration with ERP and Field Service systems.
• Experience designing and governing global Concur templates across countries.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP Concur certification or equivalent credentials are s strong plus.
