• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on PEGA expertise.
• Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Proven experience working across multiple teams in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture and capabilities.
• Strong understanding of PEGA Constellation framework.
• Experience guiding customers on PEGA landscape and solution strategy.
• Solid experience in large-scale PEGA implementations.
