What You'll Work On

Backend & Platform Engineering

Design and evolve Kotlin/Spring Boot microservices
Build scalable multi-tenant architectures (Postgres/Neon)
Develop distributed systems on GKE & Knative
Implement APIs (gRPC/REST), async processing & messaging
Optimize performance and scaling

Full-Stack Development

Develop dashboards, analytics, billing features
Integrate React/TypeScript frontends with backend APIs

AI-Powered Development

Improve LLM-based app generation pipelines
Optimize templates, build flows & cost efficiency

Technical Leadership

Contribute to architectural decisions
Mentor engineers & conduct code reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally across teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in gRPC?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years of commercial experience (Kotlin / Java)

Strong understanding of scalable system design
Experience with concurrency & clean architecture
Interest or experience in AI-assisted development - a plus
