Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically proficient Web Developer to take ownership of our websites from start to finish. You'll develop, maintain, and update features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMSs, ensuring responsive, accurate designs across devices. You'll optimise site performance and speed, implement technical SEO best practices, and manage analytics and conversion tracking for key user actions. With a self-directed approach, you'll debug issues, maintain stability, and collaborate with designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the site while following established development and deployment processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, You are ambitious, curious, and eager to learn, with a passion for development, automation, and data. Detail-oriented and organised, you're comfortable experimenting and improving systems. You bring 2-3 years' experience building and maintaining live websites or web applications, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and SEO fundamentals. You have hands-on experience optimising site performance and page speed, implementing technical SEO best practices, and managing analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels). You're confident debugging issues across functionality, performance, and tracking.
