Part Time Web Developer - On site

Print Logic is a growing managed print and technology business, and we're looking for a practical, reliable Web Developer to take ownership of our main website and a growing set of microsites.

This is not a "pixel-pushing" role. We want someone who can build, improve, maintain, and optimise sites that actually generate leads and support the business.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and improve the main Print Logic website
• Build and manage multiple microsites for campaigns, products, and niches
• Improve site performance, UX, and conversion rates
• Implement SEO best practices and technical SEO improvements
• Create landing pages, forms, and basic integrations (e.g. CRM, forms, tracking)
• Handle updates, fixes, security, and performance tuning
• Work closely with the business on ideas, experiments, and new site concepts

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Solid experience with modern web development (WordPress )

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and ideally some PHP or similar backend)
• Comfortable building and maintaining multiple sites, not just one
• Good understanding of performance, SEO, and conversion-focused design
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Pragmatic mindset: you care more about what works than what's trendy

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience with B2B websites or lead generation sites
• Familiarity with hosting, DNS, domains, and basic server setup
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and A/B testing
• Basic design sense (or ability to work with templates and frameworks well)
