Technical Cutover Implementation Lead

As the Technical Cutover Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the company's cutover plan. Collaborating closely with the Cutover Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end cutover process, including planning, preparation, execution, and post-go-live stabilisation., Lead the integrated cutover activities for pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live stages

• Coordinate data migration, integration's, environment transitions, and payroll cutover activities
• Oversee the coexistence model between the company's cloud and on-premise systems
• Manage technical teams to ensure cutover readiness, including integration, data validation, and reconciliation
• Communicate cutover readiness status and escalate issues to program leadership

Proven experience as a Cutover Lead on large-scale ERP/HCM programs, ideally involving Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS

• Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes, with experience in payroll parallel testing
• Hands-on expertise in overseeing data migration, integrations, and environment management in Oracle projects
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in high-pressure cutover environments
• Knowledge of release and environment management disciplines in Oracle Cloud implementations
