• Deliver features and drive technical strategy across your team
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Write clean, maintainable code using Java, TypeScript, Node, AWS, and related technologies
• Ensure production systems are secure, performant, and maintained
• Mentor team members and champion best practices (TDD, pairing, CI/CD)
• Leverage AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to improve productivity
