Architect/Associate - Delivery

We are working exclusively with a high-quality studio with a medium-sized team that designs and delivers high-end multi-unit residential schemes. They are looking to strengthen their technical leadership team with a talented and focused delivery architect who has a proven track record of running projects from Stage 3 onwards, with particular strengths at Stage 4.

In this role, you will be responsible for running complex projects and guiding the team in producing packages and detailed drawings on BIM projects. You will need strong experience in drawing production to lead by example, while also working with a small team. A thorough understanding of UK building regulations is essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and confident navigating sites. This role is suitable for someone with strong residential experience, or an experienced delivery specialist with a keen interest and knowledge of higher-risk buildings.

BIM experience is required, with proficiency in either Revit or ArchiCAD.
