Job description
An Xtravirt Consultant is expected to understand each customer's situation, build trust through an objective and professional approach, and apply honesty, integrity and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding results. You will use a combination of technical expertise, consultancy tools and best practice methods to meet or exceed customer goals in a structured and managed way. The core mission is to empower customers to succeed by aligning technical solutions with clearly defined business outcomes, ensuring that each engagement delivers measurable value and supports long-term success., The role focuses on understanding each customer's landscape and aligning technology with core business objectives, rather than simply deploying products. You will guide customers through emerging technologies and support them in navigating complex digital challenges. Responsibilities include creating effective architecture designs, data centre operations and end-to-end computing solutions. As a key Consultant, you will engage directly with customers and occasionally support pre-sales activities through the creation of technical proposals.
- Lifecycle customers: The role supports Xtravirt's strategy and team plans by championing, identifying and driving opportunities to support the transition, growth and retention of customers within lifecycle relationships, collaborating with other teams to achieve the collective goal.
- Customer success: You are also a key contributor to ongoing success for our customers, overall customer satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score targets.
Requirements
You will demonstrate strong expertise in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio, working with enterprise customers to design and implement solutions tailored to their specific requirements., You will demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with the VMware Cloud Foundation platform, its core products, infrastructure components and related technologies. The role involves engaging with customers to evangelise, design and implement solutions tailored to their specific use cases. It requires strong technical expertise, high-quality delivery and excellent communication skills. You should be capable of leading or delivering services from gathering requirements and solution design, through to deployment and operational readiness, with broad experience across multiple VMware product areas.
