SAP Proaxia VSS Consultant - German speaker

• Support the implementation of Proaxia VSS on SAP S/4HANA
• Configure and optimise Service Orders, Workshop Processes, Warranty, Parts, Technician Apps & Planning Tools (SRS)
• Produce functional designs, blueprint documentation and process alignment materials
• Work closely with business teams across Aftersales, VO, and Service Operations
• Support integration activities with multiple external systems (parts, diagnostics, scheduling)
• Assist with testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Hands-on experience with SAP VSS/Proaxia VSS

• Strong automotive aftersales or dealer-management background

• Experience with one or more of the following: . VSS Core . SRS (Service Resource Scheduling) . MSA/Technician Apps . Warranty & Claims . Workshop & Aftersales processes

• Experience working on S/4HANA programmes

• Ability to work within agile delivery teams (Jira/Confluence desirable)

Nice to Have

• Experience with DBM - VSS migration
• Exposure to large OEM or multi-brand dealer groups
• Familiarity with CPI/BTP integrations
• German language
• EU based
