UI / UX Designer

We're looking for a talented UI / UX designer who will take the lead in shaping the user experience in a wide range of online (web and mobile) projects.

The sort of applications we develop will often be around activities that are not yet commonly done online and involve non-trivial actions (we're not building yet another social media platform). The challenge will be to create user experiences that are both solid and trustworthy yet fresh, modern and enjoyable. You will be part of the team that is developing our new suite of next generation applications, and you'll be working closely with both product managers and software developers in a small scrum team.

• A proven track record in interaction design.
• Understanding of how to sell product in digital. Attract, Engage, Convert.
• The ability to create wireframes and prototypes based on user stories.
• Experience in Agile (iterative) design processes.
• Understanding of web technology.
• Graphic design skills.
• Fluent in English, verbal and in writing. Dutch is a plus.

Although not a requirement, functional knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) is a big plus. (Note that you will not be expected to develop production grade code, but being able to design and communicate on a technical level is very helpful).
