Lead Full-Stack Growth Engineer

We aren't just looking for a coder; we need a Proactive Technical Lead. You will work alongside our marketing team and in-house designer to turn Figma concepts into a pixel-perfect reality, while collaborating with our internal product team to integrate our custom booking app.

The Mission

• Maintain & Optimise (The Now): Keep our current WordPress site performant and converting. Implement minor enhancements and tracking fixes while we prepare for the migration.
• Architect the Future (The Build): Lead the development of our new marketing front-end using Next.js 16 and Sanity.io. You will build a reusable Component & Page Template Library that empowers our marketing team to build landing pages without code.
• The "Edge" Strategy: Implement Edge Middleware for real-time personalisation (Geo-IP, Weather Triggers). We are open to using Cloudflare Workers or Vercel Edge; you will help us choose the best path.
• AI Utility: Integrate the Cloud Vision API to build a visual diagnostic tool that triages customer issues via photo uploads.
• Connect the Ecosystem: Work closely with the product team (Internal) to define the API contracts and tracking logic (GCLID persistence) that bridge the marketing site to the transactional app.
• Continuous Growth Loop: Innovative CX/UX isn't a "one-off." You will work with the marketing team to continuously monitor Core Web Vitals, run CRO tests, and improve SEO structure based on real-world data.

• New Build: Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
• Edge: Cloudflare Workers or Vercel.
• CMS: Sanity.io (Headless).
• Legacy: WordPress (PHP/ACF) - Maintenance only.
• Design: Figma (Pixel-perfect implementation required).
• Data: Server-Side GTM (sGTM), Google Tag Gateway, GA4.

About You

• You Bridge the Gap: You are comfortable diving into a functions.php file in WordPress to fix a bug today, while architecting a React Server Component structure for the new site tomorrow.
• You Obsess Over Details: "Pixel Perfect" isn't a buzzword to you. You take pride in matching the designer's Figma files exactly, across all viewports.
• You are "Data-Native": You understand that a website exists to drive revenue. You care about Conversion Rates, SEO Schemas, and Attribution just as much as clean code. You understand the importance of GCLIDs, Hashed PII (Enhanced Conversions), and why server-side tracking is the only way forward.
• You are a Collaborator: You can speak "marketing" (Conversion rates, A/B tests) and "engineering" (API payloads, Middleware) fluently. You are proactive in suggesting improvements, not just waiting for tickets.
• Marketing-Minded: You don't just build features; you understand why a "Postcode Triage Box" converts better than a generic "Contact Us" form., * Design System Owner: Build and maintain a strictly typed Component Library in Storybook, syncing it with Figma and documenting usage guidelines in Zeroheight, ensuring design consistency.
• Performance Guardian: Own the Core Web Vitals score. If LCP creeps above 2.5s, you are the first to know and fix it.
• Migration Lead: Plan the phased rollout from WordPress to Next.js to ensure zero SEO traffic loss (301 mapping, canonicals).
• Tracking Architect: Implement Server-Side GTM to ensure our ad spend is accurately tracked despite ad blockers.
