Job description
- Support partners and customer on Namirials product portfolio for signing, identification and trust service
- Advise customers and partners and best fit product for usecases and requriements and how to integrated them into their existing IT environment
- Drive sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, flexibility and a superior customer focus.
- Proof of concept preparation - which can consist in: application installation, configuration and customization, as well as occasional coding.
- Updating customer documentation in our knowledge base
- Providing support to internal and external stake-holders through phone and email communications.
- Prepare/deliver demos of signature solutions to customers during preSales Phase
- Maintain and grow strong customer relationships and identify and communicate customer needs internally
- Hands on mentality for troubleshooting in rare cases to support customer success team

Negotiation basis: 6000€ gross monthly salary with willingness to pay above market rate.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree, preferable in computer engineering or informatics
- At least 3 years of experience in digital signatures, trust services and identification solutions is an advantage
Hard Skills
- Deep understanding of software development processes
- Skills in project management
- Negotiation skills
- Technical account management skillset
- Basic knowledge in programming in JAVA, C#, Python or similar
- Ability to read code snippets and logs
- Good technical understanding of different programming languages, development approaches, server infrastructure and web services.
- German and English Fluent are mandatory.
Soft skills
- Good Communication skills in talking and writing in english and german language
- Understand customer needs,
