Job description

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Enterprise Core Systems (ECS) division. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HRIS landscape, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will help drive the digital transformation of HR processes while collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, future-ready HR solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, supporting the design, rollout, and optimization of modules and system integrations.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations and process enhancements.

  • Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules and manage system updates, releases, and end-to-end integration processes.

  • Facilitate user enablement through training, documentation, and workshops, ensuring adoption and understanding across regional and global teams.

  • Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with internal standards, and support change and release management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and at least one other module), with a strong understanding of system architecture and data integration.

  • Academic background in business informatics, computer science, HR technology, or a comparable qualification.

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar in-house HRIS/IT consulting role.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, system interfaces, and process automation within a global enterprise environment.

  • Experience with change management, process modeling, and technical documentation using business process tools.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for HR digitalization and technology-driven transformation.

  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
