We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Enterprise Core Systems (ECS) division. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HRIS landscape, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will help drive the digital transformation of HR processes while collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, future-ready HR solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, supporting the design, rollout, and optimization of modules and system integrations.

Partner with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations and process enhancements.

Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules and manage system updates, releases, and end-to-end integration processes.

Facilitate user enablement through training, documentation, and workshops, ensuring adoption and understanding across regional and global teams.

Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with internal standards, and support change and release management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and at least one other module), with a strong understanding of system architecture and data integration.

Academic background in business informatics, computer science, HR technology, or a comparable qualification.

5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar in-house HRIS/IT consulting role.

Solid understanding of HR processes, system interfaces, and process automation within a global enterprise environment.

Experience with change management, process modeling, and technical documentation using business process tools.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for HR digitalization and technology-driven transformation.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
