Job description

  • Define, own, and continuously improve global end-to-end SAP business processes in the relevant domain.
  • Develop and maintain global process standards, documentation, and governance models.
  • Ensure alignment of process design with business strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global and local business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.
  • Act as a bridge between business functions and the SAP implementation team.
  • Facilitate global process workshops and decision-making forums.

SAP Program Leadership

  • Serve as the process lead in SAP rollouts, migrations, and major transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the SAP solution supports standardized processes and drives business value.
  • Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and external partners to guide design and testing.

Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of global processes through training, documentation, and change management.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure process compliance and support internal/external audits.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in process management or SAP-related roles, ideally in a global environment.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP modules and process design in one or more of the following areas: Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM/WM/PP), Sales (SD), Procurement (SRM/Ariba), Manufacturing (PP/QM)
  • Experience in leading global process standardization and SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
