Team Lead for Cybersecurity Expert Domain | Infrastructure Security you play a fundamental role in managing a team of skilled experts and protecting Siemens' digital infrastructure.
What are your responsibilities
?Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity experts, providing coaching, continuous feedback, performance reviews and personalized growth plans
.Set clear priorities and direction. You help your team focus on what matters most: contributing to Siemens' cybersecurity mission with solid technical understanding across our evolving security areas
.You work closely with Cybersecurity Service Owners to understand which skills are needed and help the team build expertise in Infrastructure Security topics such as threats and services change
.You maintain a structured capacity management that ensures proper utilization of your team of experts and forward planning for tomorrow's needs
.You also bring to bear an eco-system of technology partners and suppliers that help

respond to extraordinary resource demands and one-offs
.You encourage team members to strengthen both their technical know-how and their communication skills so they feel confident in their roles
.You bring practical experience in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Zero Trust principles, Cloud Security, and Enterprise Architecture - and use it to support your team, consult/ advisors to the customers and for daily decision-making

b?Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology and computer securit
y.You have a degree in computer science, IT security or related field
s.Multi-year experience in leading an international team of technical experts combined with technical hands-on expertise in a specific cybersecurity domain (e.g. Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, Security Process & Governance
).Fluent in English & Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken
).You are skilled in motivating, giving directions and orientation, and you can handle conflicts and build bridge
