Job description

  • Support the design and rollout of reporting and analytics solutions aligned with Liebherr's BI strategy.
  • Translate business reporting needs into structured analytics requirements and solution proposals across multiple SAP domains (FI, CO, SD, MM, Service, Manufacturing, etc), supporting backlog management and prioritization of reporting requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
  • Facilitate reporting workshops, fit-to-standard / fit-to-template assessments, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting solutions follow corporate standards and governance guidelines, and coordinate with BI, data and IT teams to ensure end-to-end data consistency.
  • Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in SAP reporting, BI or analytics roles, working with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and Fiori analytical apps.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs across finance, controlling, sales, services and supply chain operations.
  • Ideally, Proven expertise in BI landscapes involving SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks and Power BI.
  • Solid analytical and requirement validation skills and ability to understand how ERP data structures support reporting and analytics.
  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
  • SAP Analytics or BI-related certifications are a plus.
